    Help can't clear failed download [Resolved: clear cache and data]

    I have a failed download from facebook on my Ltevo that i cannot clear. The download Icon will not leave the top bar. Its kinda driving me crazy. If anybody has any ideas it sure would make me happy.

    Help Safe mode shows up on screen.

    My phone just came up with safe mode in the bottom left hand corner. I'm not sure what if means or what it does to the phone. I did add Dr. Web anti virus light. Could that be the problem? Any help would be appreciated.
