    STILL no Kit Kat. Any help?

    So I've had my phone since November. Ever since the official updates rolled out, I have yet to get the pre KK or KK updates! I've messed with the settings in the date, to no avail. Is there really no way to update normally through the PC tool or phone without having to deal with customer service?

    Root bootstrap recovery problem

    ok so i made a backup of my internal card storage in order to flash roclo's locked 3.0 rom but it was messing up so when i tried to recover my backup, it keeps getting stuck at a point under restoring data that says "1336834611.tmp" and it just freezes :( id there a workaround to still recover...
