I'm struggling here guys. This main version error is killing me. If anyone has the latest OTA with a 2.11 hboot that I can flash in a PH98IMG.zip format I would greatly appreciate it!

Has anyone else noticed that friend stream show that's its constantly refreshing. It happens both in the app itself and on the widget. I don't allow it to update automatically I manually refresh it when I use it. Anybody else seeing this?

I've tried just about every ROM and kernel combination there is for gingerbread (i know its just a test release so I expected some bugs) bit the one thing that keeps popping up is the horrible lag with the camera. Anybody else experienced this?

Anybody else getting about a ten seconds delay from the time you open the diaper and when the call history / favorites load behind the dial pad? Correction, it doesn't show up until you dial something, then erase it

So I flashed the sense lock screen removal from Rom manager, and noticed that it changed my splash screen to a black background with a silver HTC that says "quietly rooted" right before the thunderbolt boot animation. I LOVE IT! Is there away to copy that to the power down screen as well ?

Where are all the themes for this rom? I've found just a handful, none of them as complete or polished as I like. The couple by retrokidd from rom manager where ok, and I found a rainbow theme on Droid Forums, but thats about it.

On the DX beasley had a lot of edits that helped with scrolling thru the menus and other things. I've searched and can't find anything like that for us.

Alright guys with many of you grabbing your Bolts today, lets see your setups. This phone comes with a lot of customization options right out of the box so this should be good. My only request is that you give us a list of widgets, custom icons, wallpapers, etc..... Saves us the trouble of...

I had an old copy of MMz.apk that I used on my eris. But if FCs on the incredible. Does anybody have a copy that works with the Inc.?

So I just got my hands on an Incredible. It seems as though the easiest way to root "was" unrevoked which as I understand is broken with the latest OTA, which I noobily accepted last night as I activated my phone. Is there another manual way to root this guy?

I flashed velocity .3 on my wifes ally, and she only has about 30mb free memory left after only about 20 or so apps. She keeps getting notifications about not having enough memory. Is this rom that heavy?
