How do I reset my settings in my settings? Like I don't want to erase and data or apps just want to reset the settings to the default options.

I am not getting any notifications from any of my social networks. I have to manually go into them and refresh just to get notified. Like snapschat I have to go into the actual application and refresh it. Any ideas whats wrong?

So when I was on C firmware (On E now) when ever I would flash pimp my beat it would reset my phone. Completely. It would remove my root and all my contacts, apps, music, etc. Now that I am on E firmware, can I flash it without the worry of losing my stuff? EDIT: I guess pimp my beat is down...

If I update my motion, will it delete everything on my phone? I am on C firmware. Do I need to update to D first then E or can I go straight to E? What is the difference in the firmwares?
