Help Not getting any notifications

I am not getting any notifications from any of my social networks. I have to manually go into them and refresh just to get notified. Like snapschat I have to go into the actual application and refresh it. Any ideas whats wrong?

One reason might be in Settings--->Accounts & sync

make sure it is on for each program service.

Hello like the previous person stated...go into settings then accounts N sync.. After pick the accounts which you want to get notifications from...good luck

I have tried this but it did not change anything :/
