I just used the clean tool script to temp root. I am attempting to use the apps I used with my Incredible. Are there apps known that need root, but do not work with temp root, or that do work? SSHDroid: Works! And other than that, most apps that require root won't work for me.

So in this link: So why are we still waiting for the phone to be rooted? This statement came out in May, the phone came out in November. Shouldn't it have come without a locked bootloader?

I've also been trying to disable this. I have a rooted Droid 1 I've been working with. I have set a program "Screen On" to keep the screen on when it's plugged in to the charger. Problem is that the screen does stay on, but will still dim after X amount of time, even when set to full...
