Root Apps that won't work with temp root.

I just used the clean tool script to temp root. I am attempting to use the apps I used with my Incredible. Are there apps known that need root, but do not work with temp root, or that do work?

And other than that, most apps that require root won't work for me.

Ok I think I have it straightened out. I did temp root, unbloated & reboot, un-sensed & reboot. I'm thinking during one of the reboots, su must have broken. I had to temp root 2 more times to get superuser working right.
