Hi, I'm new to forum AND android (first time smartphone user so new to it all).
I just purchased a Connect 4G and have posted in that forum. Someone suggested everyone contacting LG Customer Support about battery issues so I did so. I received a response with suggested fix using mobile support tool for a different phone and also, LG acknowledging that this new phone has phone issues. Before posting what they said, I wanted to run question by moderator - the email has the typical wording about confidential, not for others use, may include trade secrets, etc.. Should I take that to heart or not? I don't want to piss off LG folks or Android forums. Thanks in advance.
