I am exchanging my note2, for another one because of a few issues. I want to make sure all my pictures,music is saved so it will go straight to my new phone and I won't loose anything. How do I make sure the music and pictures are saved on my sd card. Thanks

Had my note 2 for around 11 days. Awesome phone. I just noticed the paint looks like it is coming off in little areas on the home button. Not real noticeable,but I know it s there. Do you think I should exchange it or is this something that is normal. Thanks
