every time i type a message it is saying "SORRY! The application Android keyboard (process com.android.inputmethod.latin) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again" It doesnt make me lose my message or exit the message.. it just keeps popping up and is really annoying. vibrates 2 times as well...

my phone keeps telling me there is an update ... my phone is rooted... so i dont think i should update.. or should i??? ... if not... how can i stop this from popping up. ?

any suggestions ? ... knowledge of problem ? idk .. i kno i probably have to deal with it.. but i wanna kno why its slow .. like using my browser .. & logging into apps .. checking email etc .

i was browsing some zelda notification tones last night on fun for mobile.. downloaded the actual app on to my phone... ( ive downloaded it before no problem ) ... well this morning .. it told me my phone needed to update .. i updated it.. it turned off as it normally would... & its been stuck...
