Is it possibly to run apps from the memorycard or is it only for files like photos and stuff like that ?

I have installed Lollipop on my S5 but can't turn off the vibration. I can see that there should be a new menu, showing "None - Priority - All", when I use the volume buttons, and in that menu, I should be able to turn off the vibrations. But I do not get this menu - I still get the kitkat...

Me and my wife each have a Gmail account on this tablet. There is now password on our accounts, and it is possibly to read both account if we want to. I would really like to put a password on my account, so the my wife or some guest using the tablet don't have the chance of reading my mails...

In the folder "DCIM/.thumbnails/" I have a thumbnail of all the photos taken with my phone. The thumbnails for the photos I have deleted are still in the folder. How can this be, and is it possibly to deleted the thumbnail when you delete the photo ?
