I am looking for the best Video format for playback on LG Rev??? What codec, containers, framerates, and dimensions should I use? Is there anything better than using Super for this? I am not good at writing my own commands so using FFmpeg or MEncoder alone.

I have one contact where every time I try to type a message there is a half a sentence from an earlier message. I don't know how to remove this. I have sent the text. I have deleted all of the thread for that contact. I don't know what to do. Can someone help.
