Help Best Video format for playback on LG Rev???

I am looking for the best Video format for playback on LG Rev???

What codec, containers, framerates, and dimensions should I use?

Is there anything better than using Super for this? I am not good at writing my own commands so using FFmpeg or MEncoder alone.

I'm using MPEG4 (DivX/XviD compatible) at 848 X 480, 30fps and 868 bitrate as I did on my Droid 2 and it works well. There might be something better, but I'm satisfied. I use the AVS Video Converter 6.3 from AVS Media (avs4you.com) which converts most formats to most others and I recommend it. - MarkC

Super is free and it seems to have more features without the watermark in the middle of the screen. You really might want to give it a try sometime.

I've used Handbrake. Definitely good, and there's lots of information and help available for it. - MarkC
