Not sure whether this belongs here or in a Samsung thread, but I think it would be better suited here since its an LG owner issue. After having the g2 and g3, skipping the g4/v10 and now the upcoming g5... I decided to jump ship to the S7 Edge. I was looking around for ways to transfer...
I've downloaded the ROMs, but haven't had time to flash yet. I'm also trying to figure out what to do about backing up apps because all Roms suggest not using titanium.
I've searched and can't find anything. I've installed multiple apps to help figure it out, but it never gets better. The pics say it all... what the hell is going on? I have flashed multiple ROMs and it never gets better. And yes, I wipe and do a clean install every time. This "event6"...
Do you like, love or are you meh about the "upgrade"?
I just saw it in person yesterday, Ive just never cared much before, but I do like it. The dimensions arent too much larger, so I dont think itll be a problem getting used to the size increase. But other than the larger higher res...
I've been lazy, but finally updated using xdabbeb. I had been using mahdi, but with the current update Im reading people having quite a few issues. What's the most stable 4.4.2/24a ROM currently? I currently have xdabbeb's flashed, but Im considering Malladus. It was a great ROM on 4.2...
I downloaded the beta version a couple weeks ago and I like it a lot. Just read today that Twitter bought it...
What does Twitter want with Cover's Android lock screen? A smarter smartphone, duh
I dont even have a twitter account and I dont want to see what they do to this lovely app...
It happens occasionally but not on every call. There will be times Im talking and my phone will beep in the earpiece and seemingly hang up. Yet when I redial the person I was talking to, the screen stays on "dialing". No length of time is shown and instead of dialing the number, it instantly...
First, I love the feature and it works almost flawlessly, which Im definitely satisfied with. Funny thing, I tap everything now, its become a problem. We might need to start a Double Tappers Anonymous. I was hanging out with a friend who is and always has been an Apple guy. I picked up his...
We're currently on Verizon and its been flawless except for the pricing. My wife now wants a G2 after seeing mine, BUT she wants unlimited data for streaming Pandora/etc at work. Our only option is Sprint but I hear bad things about the service and/or the feeling of speeds being constantly...
I really like the layout and features it has, but when I installed the 4.3.1 roms, I do not like the stock camera at all. Is it possible to install the LG camera or if not, is there a camera app thats close to it? Ive tried a few and I dont like any of them.
I started off with cleanROM. I got bored, so I tried out carbon and aicp, since theyre both 4.3.1... and cROM is 4.2.2. I didnt like either at all. Within an hour I was wiping and reflashing clean. Ill be sticking with clean unless a stable 4.4 is put out, then maybe Ill try that.
Im sure curious about the construction of the glass/digitizer/lcd. If possible, I would like to take the glass off and remove the logos from behind. I just need to know how theyre all sandwiched together and if its all glued into a single piece.
I got bored and noticed the lettering on the back of the case and that it'd be perfect for filling with some glow in the dark pigment, typically used on watches. I have to let it dry overnight and then wet sand the case to clean up the lettering. What'cha think?
I swear, it seems like Im using this phone for longer than it would take my gnex to sleep the battery away. I could have made it over 6hrs, but still, damn good battery life.
Im using the stock lg keyboard and as i type, the suggested word does highlight in blue but when i tap the spacebar, it doesnt auto correct. Anyone else having an issue? It does work properly when sending a text, but not on any sites.
