While using the update tool from ZTE I copied the file that the program downloaded to update the phone. It saved it as N860V1.0.0B16.zip and I copied it before the update tool finished and deleted it. NOT WORKING>>>>In theory (not tested by me) you should be able to rename this as update.zip...

We have to get custom recovery working first. Sure you can mod the camcorder for hd but how you gonna get it on the phone? You can make all the roms in the world but how are you going to get them on the phone? Lets wait until the custom recovery is finished before we make any more threads...
