This is a nandroid backup for the ZTE Warp with only minor customizations.
Removed Boost zone and mobile ID.
Added: Custom boot animation w/sound.
Requirements: A rooted ZTE warp with CWM recovery installed.
How to install
Unzip and copy the contents of ZTE Warp Nandroid RC1 to your SD...
Go to settings/about phone/Status and write down your MEID_DEC number.
Go to android market and download MEID Converter https://market.android.com/details?id=com.splicedmedia.android.meidconverter
Open MEID Converter and enter your MEID_DEC number and press calculate.
Read where it says MetroPCS...
You will need QPST software and your MSL/SPC code.
First dial *983*87274#on your dialer and choose "only Diag"
Now go to your device manager and choose ports and take note of which com port your phone has installed to.
Now open QPST Configuration.
If your phone is listed skip to next step...

While using the update tool from ZTE I copied the file that the program downloaded to update the phone. It saved it as N860V1.0.0B16.zip and I copied it before the update tool finished and deleted it.
NOT WORKING>>>>In theory (not tested by me) you should be able to rename this as update.zip...
We have to get custom recovery working first. Sure you can mod the camcorder for hd but how you gonna get it on the phone? You can make all the roms in the world but how are you going to get them on the phone? Lets wait until the custom recovery is finished before we make any more threads...
