While I'm trying to upgrade to Froyo through Kies, it stopped half way and my phone ends up in downloading mode. Ive heard that some people got their internal sd card fried, I rooted my phone with lagfix, should i upgrade to FROYO ? im trying it again

I've used Z4Root to root the phone, and is now rooted. I actually want to use custom themes made by the users and want it to have better performance. So which lag fix should I use and sure it will not brick Bell Vibrant ? Currently thinking of using Voodoo or OneClickLagFix from RyanZa
