Relocking Bootloader

Assuming that this device was unlocked using a manufacturer-supported fastboot command rather than some device-specific hack then the fastboot command "fastboot oem lock" should do it.

Beware that there are some devices that reset on locking as well as unlocking, so best to check whether your model is one of those first, and probably back up before relocking anyway.

How can I know the method used to unlock my device was manufacturer supported fastboot command or device specific hack?

For my case Minimal ADB and Fastboot installed in a Computer was used to unlock the Bootloader of my device then TWRP recovery was used to flash the device - Huawei Y6II, since then whenever I restart or power on my device I get this annoying message "Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted."

If you unlocked it using fastboot oem unlock then it was a manufacturer-supported unlock.

But if the only problem is a message on startup is that really worth relocking for? How often do you restart the phone anyway?

Mine then is manufacturer supported fastboot command, since at some point of unlocking in the Minimal ADB and Fastboot I typed, " fastboot oem unlock + unlock password. I tried relocking it using the Minimal ADB and Fastboot but still am not successful, am selling the phone and most people here don't understand what the message, "Your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted." mean in short it's very hard here to sell the phone that displays message, can't be trusted.... Please give me guideline on how to relock it to avoid that message on restart.

Bahahahahahah!! Oh my gosh, lmmfao. I'm sorry and do apologize for finding humor in that (just woke up) but that's standard warnings imbued by the mfgrs to keep you from doing anything to it. That's it. No worries tho. Even Motorola devices do that after unlocking, it's just to scare you. What some ppl are doing is installing different " bootlogos" that hide those msgs on startup. Really, no worries..
