We can't really help if you're not obtaining the games legitimately.

A lot of the bloat ware on my Z1 was installed to the data partition meaning I could uninstall if I didn't want it so I don't think it's out of the question for OEMs to do this. I'll sign when I can get to a PC. :)

All games? Where are you downloading them from? Play or Amazon or another app store? I generally never need to mess about with the obb files as the games should download these files themselves the first time you run them.
