So I went and restored my phone but it seems to be stuck on the optimizing apps/starting apps screen and won't go anywhere else? Anyway I can fix this? I've tried to flash a boost mobile (my carrier) stock rom but I get the same problem.

Do I have to unlock the bootloader before install TWRP? Cause I rather not have to install/setup all my apps again. Also I'm on Boost Mobile, if that matters

Does anyone have a link to a stock rooted ROM? And if I made a backup of my data should be ok to restore that and get all my apps back on the phone without having to use titanium?

So I made a nandroid backup of my old AWE. I got a replacement AWE from VM and I rooted and put CWM on it. I wiped Data/Factory Rest then I restored the backup. I rebooted to the system. It starts up the green android shows then it shuts off and reboots Anyway to fix this?
