Hey guys. I have another problem. Well when I try to install an app I get an error message saying insufficient storage. I checked my storage and it said I have 240 MBs and that's plenty for the app I'm trying to download. So storage isn't a problem. I'm rooted with stock ROM. I really need help...

Hey guys i'm new to the forums :). Well I have a problem. When I go to task manager on my phone and then go to storage it says 12 gbs as the total amount on my system but before it used to say 16 gbs cause I have a 16 gb phone. I'm rooted and running stock ROM. Thanks, and here is a pic: .
