s3 camera just closes on it;s own when trying to take a pic. any ideas why

will this plan work with s3, should i be able to reciev and send mms. att's telling me the phone cant do it is this true.

i had to get rid off the stock app on s3 because it would only give me 1 vibration when receiving a text message,and that was short and weak. switched to gosms. questions is did they fix the stock app so that the vibes work when receiving a text message.
