Is there any way to make wifi toggle turn off automatically a few moments after you leave your home wifi coverage area (or any other previously approved and connected wifi network)?

If I go to Settings > Cloud, I can only see Samsung and Dropbox there (despite the fact that I have quite a few cloud storage apps installed). Does this depend on what the respective providers include in their apps? Some of the others are listed in the Accounts section. But then again, not all...

Has anyone tried out the default SIP client vs. its alternatives? Is there any particular reason why I should or shouldn't switch to something else? I mostly used Bria on iOS, or provider-proprietary stuff on Windows, but I only need incoming and outgoing calls (not IMs, SMS etc.).
