I tried installing Hash's latest build (7/25) of CM9 but get stuck in a boot animation loop. Has anyone been able to get CM9 installed, either this build or any other? I have a similar problem with Liberty 2.0. :(

The battery life of my D3 is horrible. I looked on Amazon and saw the Hyperion 3500 mAh extended battery. Does anyone have any experience with this battery or can you recommend a replacement? I'd really rather not add any bulk to the phone, but will if it'll make a difference. Not sure...
