Trying to find the framework for Beats that will work on the G1. I have scoured XDA and the only fixes there are non functional. If anyone knows of a zip that works or even a custom ROM that has it built in, could you point me to it?? :D:D

Rooting took fine, but now my SD only shows 54mb of data space. I am running an 8g SD, and wondering if I need a larger one or if there is a process to increase the partition size. If thete is a thread covering this already, can someone link it? Thanks forbthe help, kind of new to the tablet...

My wife got me one for Xmas, with no prompting from me. I get it activated tomorrow, and am damn excited for it. Seems to be the first really legit Android in it's price point for Cricket. Looking forward to seeing the custom ROMs this phone will support too.

Had to flash to stock this AM, and found that the recovery ROM is an updated version from what my phone came with originally. It has cleaned up some lag issues and has some 2.2 like features in the interface. I tired it rooted and bloat-frozen, and it runs OK. NOT in the same league as CM7...

Flashed Steel Droid through Rom Manager, now in an infinite bootloop. Phone will boot, but after a few seconds will reboot on its own. Pulled battery and attempted to boot to recovery manually (which is Del+power I am pretty sure) and same deal. It is just constantly rebooting over and over...

Kind of entertaining reverting to Icarus. CM6 has been good, but alarm issues and a few key apps won't show, and now it is rebooting on it's own. CM7 is art, but kills my batt. Icarus is a rock. No FCs no issues. Thoughts anyone?

I have an HTC style dock, but am trying to figure out how to set an app without using an icon, or make the dock icons invisible. Any help would be great. Dock is down below.

I am currently running CM6, and having no issues whatsoever. I am, however, wondering what the advantages to CM7 are, and do they outweigh the instabilities that it has. Stability is a BIG concern for me, but I would like some feedback from those that have been using it for a bit.

I have scoured the setting menu for the APN entry menu, and have come up blank. Anyone know where it is? Settings>Wireless & Networks>Mobile Networks ( the normal spot) does not show it. Informed that you need to open the APN menu via voice dialer. Thanks Pip for the heads up

SO I flashed CM6, and love it, but why did it clear all my contacts? I even lost the ones that were synched to my GAccount. Funny thing is the direct dial icons I had on my GoLaucher backup still dial, just not in the contacts area.

I used Root Tools to change my phones font, and it worked great. Now I am trying to BU my apps before flashing CM6 but after it shows SU rights granted,it then errors out and says "Most likely could not obtain root." Any ideas?

I run Icarus 1.1, moved dalvik to the sd no problem, ran A2sd reinstall to move my apps over, now I am stuck in an Icarus boot loop. The computer will recognize the card when hooked to the USB, and phone has been in boot for about 10min now. Do I need to reflash Icarus and start over? Update...
