Hello everyone I just downloaded the Jelly Bean update on my Galaxy 3 from sprint. I did this about 6 days ago. Since then everything is running slower. I go to text and the letters take about 3 sec to pop up. Everything is just running slow. Can anyone help???

I just got this phone today and it has a 8GB SD card. Well when I went to task manager it shows it has 177MB left or memory. When I took the SD card out the memory went to 278MB. Why is it having the SD card in making my memory so low. Please someone help. I have tried factory reset and still...
