Ok so I have the n4 in tmo and can root. But is it worth it since there are no roms yet

So I was going to root but then discovered I can't because I have the tmobile one. I had already gone into the downloader mode and then exited by turning it off. Now my screen is dim and when I go into settings I can't access the brightness. I just did a reset and still nothing.

My wife's M8s Google now traffic is not working. I've checked gps and location settings and those are on. Anytime she goes to Google now and tries to input our home address it says Google can't be reached at the moment. This has been going on for two days. Mine on my m8 is working just fine.

OK I successfully rooted and now what do I do. With my iPhone I used a program called cydia to install job apps and tweaks. What do I use to be able to do this with an android?

Well I have decided to go back to apple. I really tried to luke this phone and android but still nothing. The battery life is garbage, I get horrible signal with this, the phone is constantly power cycling, there is supposed to be a 2.3.6 update which I'm still not getting, still no 4.0 ICS...

OK im trying to root with no success...so I have CWM on my phone and the superuser zip on my sdcard....BTW I'm using Odin....I go to install superuser from the sdcard and get failures....then after about 5-7 tries its flashed and says completed and enjoy....when I reboot my phone it just stays...

Does anyone know how to uninstall this from the phone...I'm not going to root the phone anymore....is it bad to have on the phone?

First....rooting an android phone is 100x harder than jailbreaking any iphone. I cant find one video on youtube where they even make sense. The one video that everyone recommends is broke (ie. the link he provides no longer is valid) So...with that being said, does anyone here know how to root...

I just got the skyrocket 4 days ago and i noticed that the note is coming out in 2 weeks....should i switch out phones?

So i just came from a jailbroken iphone4 which is extremely easy to do and enjoyed the perks....but rooting an android seems to be really complicated and what are the benefits of doing this. Thank you for any responses
