So i just downloaded this browser through the app store. I gotta say its fantastic! It works w/out root,blocks all ads and greatly improves scrolling over other browsers including chrome and stock samsung. Give it a shot!

Well it looks like a new leak is upon us. Moto and vzw are working on a fix most likely for the battery life issues some are having. This includes a new kernel. I noticed that in setcpu my kernel was sticking at 1200. Probably the heat/battery drainer. Link for more info...

so my phone was running along fine on shifth3ory 1.2. i decided to try the kangbang kernel from the store. i installed vipermod, dropped voltage by 100 then my phone froze. i thought ok my voltage is to low. pulled the battery booted into recovery,reinstalled the kernel tried to boot back up...

So I've been surfing around looking for something to burn my upgrade on and I see that users are reporting that using it will take you to the sign up page. Not only that but they lost their data until a reboot. Yikes. Edit: supposedly an older version of wireless tether works.

While it's still not gingerbread, it does have a new radio. It will be interesting to see if jcase or perhaps someone else can pull this radio and how it will play with current roms. Heck I may even try a rooted ruu if it's released...
