Hi. got a Galaxy note 10.1 running Stock Rom (4.1). I want to encrypt it but when I go to the Encrypt Device screen the Grey box at the bottom of the screen is Grey and is unresponsive to touch. The device is fully charged and plugged in. Any suggestions or alternatives? Thanks, Phil
