I have been 'rooted' for ages now and have been enjoying Sandvold's ICS version, but a few days ago i was persuaded by a friend to try 'Gingerbread', so I got the RUU but now I've had enough of 2.3.3 and want to return to 'rooted' and ICS, but I've no idea how to proceed and would appreciate advice.

A couple of days ago I downloaded a RUU Froyo and updated on the HTC site to Gingerbread 2.3.3. Now I've had enough and want to go back to my previous which was Sanvold's ICS, but I've no idea where to start. Would someone point me in the right direction please?
