Help Back to ICS

A couple of days ago I downloaded a RUU Froyo and updated on the HTC site to Gingerbread 2.3.3. Now I've had enough and want to go back to my previous which was Sanvold's ICS, but I've no idea where to start.
Would someone point me in the right direction please?

So you were rooted, then you unrooted with 2.3 and now you want to root again, correct?
