My Galaxy S3 seems to have developed a bit of an issue. Once or twice a day, when I take the phone out of my pocket and press the home button, the screen doesn't activate. The device appears potentially functional (i.e. blue notification light flashing) but nether the home or power buttons do...
I'm not too worried about it at the moment as I bought the devies from Currys PC World along with an extended warranty. But what happens next? Does it become progressively looser? Will it fall off? I'm just trying to work out if I need to be panicing (yet).

On my spare Wildfire S, I have an option to move applications to the SD card (which, on the Wildfire S is vital). I'm having difficulty finding a similar option on the flavour of ICS that comes with the Galaxy S3.
Since some of my applications are also on the Wildfire's SD card, I know...
I switched the phone off, installed the Micro SD card and switched the phone back on. It automatically started updating all my applications and it's taking some time. Are the two related (are my applications automatically being copied over)?
