alcatel onetouch fierce

Has anyone tried any basic root functions, such as removing bloatware, changing the font, changing the boot animation, using xposed framework, or changing the status bar icons? If so please let me know I would really like to know what I can do safely with this phone.

I had been using my phone all day long and i was on my way home and the phone battery was at 1%. It ended up dying so when i got home i tried charging it but it won't turn on? i already tried Power + up & down volume and the boot settings come on so i know the screen isn't dead. Any suggestions...

Well since our camera is the achilles heel of this phone, what camera app are you running? I've tried a few right now I'm using Cymera and I'm happy but I'd like to know if there is a better option. I guess what is the best camera app for a phone with no auto focus.
