So thought I'd drop by xda and noticed @CapThrowback already looks like he's come up with an initial build (I had a quick look in a couple of places but couldn't find it). As ever useful info in the posts on some differences jumping from M8 (or older) phone.

So how will this work? There is no always-on screen. Will there be a stock pop-up over the lock screen? Is there a functional and programmable LED? I passed on the M8 because the size of the LED was unusable and it shut off after a few minutes. Has that changed for the 10?

Would you miss dual front speakers?
Many of the early prototypes and leaks are showing a lack of dual front speakers which have been featured on the past few major HTC models

Latest rumors seem to suggest it'll be more like the A9 than the previous M devices. Not necessarily a bad thing!
