In-call volume doesn't work at all but sound is working tho the mute act like it stuck and I restet the phone too and hard set it aswell have no oral can't here any one

Whenever I click "Clear Defaults" so the phone can ask me if I want to open a YouTube video link with the YouTube app or the Internet app, it goes gray, but it doesn't actually clear. I click on internet again and it's still there. Any help?
