how can i delete all cache and cookies from my htc one s and also how do you restore factory setting of this phone.

I bought mine not long ago and it worked perfectly initially but after installing few apps it started crashing.From then i hardly do something without it not crashing...when watching video,playing games and even sometimes listening to music. what can i do to make it stop crashing and work normal...
