My HTC XL was replaced a month or so ago, due to keyboard and freezing issues. A few days ago I noticed all my photos had disappeared, I didn't have many, about 15 or so. This morning I have now noticed all my music has gone also! What has happened?? Many thanks Tricia

Hi, This may help you when upgrading software (nothing to do with rooting etc, this is the "legal" way!): If your phone has an over the air update (OTA) you should always download it, especially if your phone is carrier locked as it will almost certainly contain updates to make the phone...
