huawei activa 4g

Hi there, I am new here, I have a Huawei Activa 4G phone from MetroPCS and was wondering how to go about unlocking it without damaging it, so that I can use it on T-Mobile's network.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.. :)

Hopefully someone can shed some light on this but when you install Skype and you want to call somebody "Video Call" is NOT an option which makes no sense because it has a front AND back camera. So what's the gist?????
