I'm dismayed that there still isn't any documented root procedure for the HAM2. I've been scouring the web and have tried several different methods. I thought I was on to something with a manual root guide on xda, however I wasn't ever able to get the last few steps to work. I tried towelroot...

Has anybody been able to get a flash drive to work? I was able to do this on my rooted galaxy note but not on HAM2. Tried a few apps from app store that stated no root needed but had no luck.

I want to get something going on here for this great, (totally underrated), device. So what do you like or love about your Mate 2? And what do dislike or hate about it?

Anybody have any idea on how to change the analog clock to digital one when case is closed and shows in little window in case?
