lg g4

hello, i have a lg g4 with quickcircle case. case works ok. i wan't to play a game and i put the cover at the back, over the camera - circle is over the camera/volume buttons. but the case locks the screen and i can't play my game??? is there a setting ? is the case faulty ? thank you

I have been sending scheduled texts to a particular contact with no problem, until yesterday. When I click on the dropdown menu for this one person, the option to send a scheduled text isnt there. All of my other contacts are having no problem, just this one. Any thoughts on how to fix this??
