motorola droid 2

I can send texts fine on my droid 2 global and others will receive. But it take me from 2 minutes-12 hours to receive a text. I can get messages immediately for the first minute after i reboot my phone, after that no good. I just did a factory reset on my phone 30 min, ago but no luck.

I see a ton of people raving about this ROM, but all the download links I can find (hotfile and rapidshare) are down. Anyone have a working link to download this ROM? Thanks!
