oregon scientific meep!

i have just set up my daughters meep ready for christmas, i keep getting the pop up unfortunately, the process android.process.acore has stopped. how do i get this off. or sorted. it keeps poping up. i have reset the meep but still keeps coming up ...... help please

I'd like to know if the MEEP Tablet needs to be added as an Android device to existing cell phone contract. Is this a regular Android Tablet or does this fall under a special area because it's geared for kids? Would you also need to add a data plan, because there is a MEEP Store to buy apps...
