samsung galaxy note 5

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 5. When i make or receive a call, my volume is at its max. i decrease the volume while on the call. But it goes back to max volume when i make or receive my next call. any suggestions on how to fix?

So I need to delete an accident all to added misspelled word or two from the personal dictionary, but when I search settings for it, the menu it leads me to doesn't have that option anymore. Was it removed??
