messing around with rom manager, idk what happened, phone screen went black and froze... pulled the battery and tried to reboot and nothing, even tried the volume-power button and i still get nothing... its like i have no power. can someone plz help!?

What phone ROMs on ROM manager are compatible with Samsung Precedent?

Ok so I have achieved root access. I used a print root tool. It is still on the foul android os. I have seen two rims that interstate me, one is the area 51 and the other is the cm7.1.0 now can I flash cam and install zip. Or do I need a print tool again? Please help
