Anyone know if we (Tab Plus) will be getting ICS?

Purchased a galaxy 7 plus so my 2 year old can watch videos on long flights. What is the best way (drm remover) to play itunes and amazon purchased videos on a galaxy 7 plus? Or is there anywhere in the android universe with downloadable video content similar to itunes and amazon? Thanks

Anytime I'm watching videos such as you tube., sports or any video it keeps cutting off then will come back on for a couple seconds then shuts off again. It takes 15 minutes to watch a 5 minute video. Has anyone else had this problem?
