Is anyone else experiencing low call volume? I can hardly hear when people talk, but the volume is all the way up........

My wife checked the box to open as default the your navigator app for navigation. We don't use this and I can't figure out how to undo this so that the Google navigation app can be used again. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
