sharp aquos crystal

Is there any current method to root the 306SH? I'm looking to flash a lollipop ROM, however can't seem to find a method. (I've already prepared several nandroid copies which are on my primary desktop and SD card, so I'm fine on that)

Is there anything that can be done about the disabled sd card slot? Did I waste money on a 128gb card I can't use but my phone manual says I can?

using standard text messaging app, shows 2 unread messages, and yet I have none. Tried erasing cache, turning on/off, all the usual suspects. In prior discussions from 2013, it was suggested to edit the Badge Application, but there is no such application in my "all" app list. Any suggestions?

My contacts and call history are no longer. I took it to the store and they said I probably had a virus. Suggested a hard reset or virus removal software. Does anybody know of software that will accomplish this?

I've been thinking... We have the source, and we now know that, over on XDA, there's been at least some luck with temp root, etc.; so why has no one bothered to crack this sucker wide open? I'm no programmer, nor am I really a dev, but I would think with the open source that we have available...

I have a Sharp AQUOS phone running android version 4.4.2 and I can't find where on my phone a document that I downloaded went. Its a .zip file. Anyone know on my specific phone what app I would use to view the downloaded file? Oh its a Boost mobile phone too btw

so in the swipe down menu there is a smiley face with he word owner under it i tap it and it says contact doesn't exist so i figured i needed to change my info in contacts to owner but still nothing and i cant figure out how to link the two any ideas?
