It appears this will be a Sprint exclusive in the US; though it is possible the exclusivity is only for a few months. You likely will be able to find GSM International versions for sale, though the question will be if they have the frequencies needed for T-Mobile and/or AT&T.

I'm hoping it will sell well enough that eventually they'll also bring over the 5.5 inch version. 5.5" 1080p display, Snapdragon 801 chipset with a 2.3GHz processor and 2GB of RAM.
