I have recently got the sony ericson xperia x8 E15i of a friend of mine however the phone was his ex girlfriends! how do you unlock the phone without knowing the touch screen pattern or the memorable data?

Like , I installed the wrong ROM by accident and now when i turn on my mobile it get's struck at the sony ericsson screen at the start! i tried PC companion via PC but the phone isn't detected! What do i do?
