I have a problem with my x8.. Ι don't get some of the messages and some of them arrive 2-3 days later.. Whats the problem?

I already tried reinstalling the v.22 ROM of gingerxperia but it seems that my photos doesn't show up on my photo gallery. I also tried lower versions like v.21b and did the same unlike when I used it before it was working fine. Can somebody help me out in resolving this issue. thank much! :D
