Hi I will be using an unlocked mytouch 3g with att.I want to put in the settings for mms to work but I don't want the data to work.will like to only use the wifi.can any one help how to do that.thanh you.

hi i recently rooted at 1.5. im wondering if its necessary to root at another version or not like 1.6 or 2.2? unless im unrooted, i can ignore the fact that i have 1.5 or does this give me access to install any ROM? please let me know. thank you!
